Storage policy.

Our simple rules keep every student stash safe, traceable, and ready for the next break.

What we store

Suitcases, boxes, books, bedding, clothing, small appliances, and other ordinary student belongings. Items must be clean, dry, securely packed, and labelled.

Restricted items

Do not store cash, identity documents, weapons, illegal substances, flammable liquids, perishables, live plants, animals, or items that are hazardous or unlawful.

Payments

Each started 30-day period is charged according to your selected plan. Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Payment records and refunds are handled securely.

Collection

Bring your booking reference when dropping off or collecting. Pickups after the expected collection date incur R10 per overdue day.

Damage and loss

We handle stashes with care and keep them in secure storage. Please do not pack fragile, irreplaceable, or valuable items. Report any issue within 48 hours of collection.
